According to a prominent and important study conducted by a team of scholars at the University of Sydney (Australia), bread and rice may help fight insomnia, the waking or sleep deprivation that occurs at bedtime, and significantly affecting many people.
And is that for this research group, the foods that do have a high glycemic index, those who-in short, are quickly absorbed, would be useful to monitor the effects of the considered "jet lag" and would help us also sleep. (more...)
