Coffee Mouse

This tasty coffee mouse is one of the recipes that makes us more hope to share with you all, and that is one of our favorite desserts.
Ingredients for the brown mouse
250 cc. milk.
150 g. sugar.
30 g. instant coffee.
400 g. cream.
5 egg yolks.
4 egg.
Coffee Preparation of mouse
Heat the water bath milk with coffee and some sugar, add egg yolks (well beaten with some sugar), stirring constantly.
Pour the mixture into a cold container straining, mix with the cream (whipped with some sugar), cover it and take the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Add the beaten egg whites with some sugar, beating by hand.
Place in the refrigerator, allow to cool 20 minutes.
Beat him and lethim freeze.
Suggestions
A tasty idea is to add the mouse before freezing coffee, chocolate cookie pieces and whipped cream with sugar to serve.
